JD Kemper is the Vice President, Marketing, for Republic Services, a leading Environmental Services company. In this role, he heads the team that drives strategy, brand, advertising, demand generation, product development and field marketing. In addition to his functional responsibilities, JD serves on the advisory board for the Republic Services Political Action Committee. He is also the chair of Republic’s Black Employee Network, the business resource group focused on the recruitment, retention and development of black professionals at all levels across the organization.
