Mr. Peters has been a safety and health professional for 31 years. He attended Air Force Community Technical College where he studied Structural Engineering Technology. He holds multiple certifications and is a long-time authorized OSHA General Industry and Construction Outreach Trainer. His areas of safety and health expertise include ergonomics, industrial hygiene, occupational safety, ANSI standards and regulatory safety compliance. During his career Mr. Peters has worked in waste and recycling, construction, manufacturing, consulting and government compliance. He’s served as a contract instructor for the University of Cincinnati-OSHA Training Institute (OTI) and Mid-America OSHA- Outreach Training Institute (OTI). He's a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP). He serves on all ANSI Z245 sub-committees and is the vice chairman of the ANSI Z245 standards committee. He also serves on the NWRA and SWANA National Safety Committees. Mr. Peters is a frequent lecturer and keynote speaker at numerous safety and health conferences around the nation.Sessions
