Pam is a Senior Vice President and the Waste and Recycling Practice leader at Risk Strategies. Risk Strategies is a national full-service insurance brokerage firm with over 100 offices across the country. Pam is an experienced property and casualty insurance broker that has specialized in the waste and recycling industry for 25 years. Pam has extensive experience working with all types of waste and recycling companies including waste haulers, recycling facilities, medical waste, landfills, E-waste and manufacturers. Pam and her team have experience and expertise structuring alternative risk programs including self-insurance, large deductible programs and several types of captives. Pam is the current President of the NWRA Women’s Council, a member of the NWRA Safety Committee and an active supporter of EREF. Pam has Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and is a licensed Property & Casualty insurance broker. Sessions
