Patti has over 35 years of executive leadership experience focused on the areas of operations, sales, marketing, business development, employee leadership advancement and community affairs. Her career spans automotive, golf, waste management and recycling. A graduate of Northwood University, she began her career as a District Manager with General Motors, spending over 20 years in leadership positions in the automotive industry. She joined the executive team of Southern Waste Systems in 2008. She was instrument in the strategic planning and operations of all companies, with a focus on marketing, community affairs, employee leadership advancement and legislative affairs. She has worked with Coastal Waste & Recycling since January 2019, joining the Executive team in January 2022 as Vice President of Brand & Culture.
