Justin Roessler is the Solid Waste Director for Pasco County, Florida. Pasco represents northern portion of the Greater Tampa Bay Area and is one of the most rapidly growing Counties in the state. Justin has served as Assistant Director and Director within the organization for the past five years. Justin is a licensed professional engineer and holds a doctorate in environmental engineering from the University of Florida which focused on waste to energy.
