Jessica Aldridge is long-time environmental steward and over 15-year waste industry leader. She is an award recipient of the international 2021 Women in Sustainability Leadership and the 2016 inaugural Waste360, 40 Under 40. As the Director of Sustainability and Zero Waste Programs for Athens Services, the largest waste hauler in Los Angeles County, Jessica designs programs for the most challenging waste scenarios, consults with corporate brands, and advances Athens’ environmental goals. Most notably, she has led on Athens’ Multi-Family Food Scrap Recycling Manual, Recycling Ambassador Program, food recovery strategy, Zero Waste business education, Zero Waste School Manual, and online interactive What Goes Where Guide with 400 items.
