Mr. Schmucker, an environmental, geotechnical engineer, with 35 years of solid waste related experience including construction & demolition debris, solid waste landfills, composting facilities, transfer stations, solid waste resource recovery projects, landfill gas collection and energy generation projects, and construction quality control since 1982 at over 50 landfills in 23 different states.
