Profile

Melissa Gauger is the Director of Product Management at International Truck and throughout her 30 plus year career, she has held multiple positions in Engineering, Marketing, and Strategy.

Melissa has a passion for innovation and was selected to participate in the inaugural Accelerator Launchpad at Navistar. This incubator, which was in partnership with Stanford University, resulted in her founding two product innovations at International.

She is a former President of the NWRA Women’s Council and was a member of the WASTEC board of governors.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. When Melissa isn’t developing and innovating new products, she loves the outdoors and most recently climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
