Baraka Poulin provides business development and early stage technical support for project development. He joined ECS in 2019. Prior to joining ECS, Mr. Poulin developed industrial scale biomass energy projects with both pyrolysis and gasification technology. He also brings an extensive background developing energy efficiency projects with public sector clients through energy service performance contracting.
