I am a fourth-generation entrepreneur, grew up on my grandparents' farm, and worked with my father who ran a business for 30 years where I learned the power of hard work. I have had something to say since my first thought, found my voice while serving in the Army, and have led teams throughout my career. It wasn’t until I took myself, my business, and my craft seriously, that people started listening. Seeing my family run their own shows inspired me to do the same, and I haven't been able to scratch the entrepreneurial itch since. This is most evident in my businesses Green Up Solutions and Camo Crew Junk Removal, for which I am most proud. Through these businesses, I have committed to the following: serving my community and customers, developing excellent staff, perfecting operation practices, and teaching other business owners how to succeed. I have been invited to speak at various waste expos around the country, been a guest speaker on over 50 podcasts, and have also participated in a TED-X talk. Sessions
