Spence's experience in waste and recycling spans from launching state-of-the-art materials recovery facilities to mixed waste and organics processing to bottle to bottle recycling for food grade applications. As the Director of Processing Advancement for The Recycling Partnership, Spence originates equipment grants and offers technical assistance for MRFs, reclaimers and processors throughout the recycling supply chain to ensure more materials remain in the circular economy.
