Prior to creating RoadRunner Recycling, Graham served as the Co-founder and President at Sequoia Waste Solutions. Graham’s leadership has grown RoadRunner Recycling to see over $149 million in capital raised, growth to a workforce of over 500 employees, nationwide expansion, and the acquisition of waste metering technology to assist with future improvements. In 2023, Graham was honored with Waste360's Changemaker Award, which recognizes leaders who are creating real, meaningful, positive change for the waste and recycling industry.
