For over 15 years, Alexandra has traveled many paths in the industry that have always led her back to her community. She has opened and operated several award-winning Orange County restaurants, and currently is the Program Coordinator and full-time Food Service Management faculty member at Orange Coast College. She owns a sustainable foods catering company as well. Alexandra has a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, and a BS and MS in Hospitality Management. She is currently working toward her Ph.D. in Hospitality Management with an emphasis in sustainability from Iowa State University. Sessions
