Cory has been in the waste industry for the bulk of his professional career, after retiring from a career as an on-ice hockey official, he began his sales career with Stericycle supporting their Shred-it division. He then transitioned to a Major Account Representative with Waste Connections in the solid waste industry and was promoted to the District Sales Manager leading a team of sales representatives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. After which he spent some time as a Director of Business Development with RecycleSmart Solutions a Canadian waste broker. Currently he supports Food Cycle Sciences global sales efforts on a quest to divert food waste from the landfill and help organizations achieve their sustainability goals.
