Erin is responsible for leading, building, and executing against strategy for one of the largest customer segments within Casella, by working with key internal and external stakeholders to lead sustainable, profitable revenue growth. In addition to her leadership in municipal strategy, Erin has been a key resource in the creation of foundational account management and state-of-the-art, customer-focused systems that are being replicated across other customer segments and the company. Erin is a widely respected colleague who is skilled at organizing cross functional teams and demonstrating Casella core values through her work and collaboration across the business, being recognized for this by the company with an Outstanding Achievement Award in 2018.
