Profile

Scott Hecker is a Senior Counsel in the Washington, D.C. office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His work focuses on wage and hour, occupational safety and health, and government relations and policy. Prior to joining Seyfarth, Mr. Hecker served in the Department’s Wage and Hour Division, most recently as the Acting Director of Strategic Planning and Performance. Mr. Hecker also worked at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Solicitor’s Office as an attorney in the National Office’s Occupational Safety and Health Division and as a Regional Office trial attorney.
