Profile

Mr. Macoskey is a Qualified Environmental Professional who holds BS and MS degrees in environmental science and has over 37 years of air quality consulting experience. His early technical practice focused on air quality-related issues such as atmospheric emission characterization; air dispersion modeling; human health risk assessment; measurement of pollutant ambient concentrations and meteorological conditions; and air permitting and compliance. Currently, Mr. Macoskey leads CEC’s ESG/sustainability team and in that capacity provides ESG strategy, greenhouse gas emission inventory, decarbonization planning, climate change risk assessment, and ESG reporting services. Mr. Macoskey is also leading the development and implementation of CEC’s corporate ESG strategy.
