Anderson Marcio de Oliveira is the Deputy Secretary of Environment, Infrastructure and Logistics for the state of Sao Paulo. Prior to this, Anderson worked in the project structuring department of Brazil’s National Development Bank (BNDES) and was a lawyer for the Amazon Fund. Additionally, he was the Director for the investment partnership program for the Presidency of Brazil and was a special advisor for Brazil’s Ministry of Mines and Energy.
