• Taskmaster® XL Pallet Shredder (May 02, 2024)

  Franklin Miller introduces the powerful TASKMASTER XL pallet shredder. The XL effectively shreds entire pallets and nails to reduce bulk volume. As a result, it can help in maintaining a healthy workplace as well as reduce the expense of disposing of pallets.

  The TASKMASTER XL is supplied complete with stand, hopper and automatic reversing controls. Its streamlined design features a direct coupled gear drive which is smooth running and simple to operate. With the XL, there are no drive belts to re-tension.

  This unit is designed to be easy to use and easy to maintain. Its unique enclosed hopper design automatically directs the pallet into the cutting chamber. 

  Optional equipment includes auxiliary discharge conveyors to convey the output into a waste container as well as an available infeed conveyor for a completely automated system.

• TASKMASTER® TM 1600 Versatile Heavy Solids Shredder (May 02, 2024)

  The TASKMASTER^® TM 1600 is a powerful twin-shaft shredder that reduces a wide variety of tough solids. Typical applications include containers, plastics, packaging, wood, paper, documents, electronic components, concession waste, rejects and returns, sewage screenings, in-channel raw sewage, and more. Bulk volume is reduced up to 80%, significantly eliminating storage or disposal costs and aiding in the safe disposal of sensitive and substandard material. 

  The TASKMASTER Shredder employs two counter-rotating banks of cutters that intermesh at close clearance to aggressively chop and shear solids down to small particles. The units low-speed, high-torque mechanism operates with little noise or vibration.

  The TM 1600 is ruggedly constructed and designed for minimal maintenance and trouble free service.   The cutters are precision manufactured to provide optimal high shear shredding and long life. A controller senses jam conditions and automatically reverses.

  The TASKMASTER TM1600 can be installed horizontally with a stand, hopper or flange adapter or vertically for pipeline and liquid channel installation. A space-saving right angle gear drive can be provided.  The shredder can be supplied as a standalone unit or as part of a complete shredding and conveying system.

• DELUMPER® DC 1075 LP Powerful Crusher with New Enclosed Stainless Steel Stand and Hinged Hopper (May 02, 2024)
  The DELUMPER 1075 LP Crusher reduces hard or soft, heat sensitive, sticky or wet agglomerates and lumps at high volume without degrading the material or causing rise in temperature. The unit is available with a variety of auxiliary equipment.  This unit was provided with a fully enclosed stainless steel stand and a special pivoted hopper.  This hinged hopper that tilts allows quick access to interior components for cleaning and service.
  
  The DELUMPER LP features extended cutting teeth that rotate completely through a heavy bar cage, self-clearing the slots with each rotation. Each tooth is built for precise balance, interchange ability and smooth operation. Output sizes are adjustable by changing the speed or the comb. The unit’s low-friction cutting action is excellent for large quantities of sludge cake, agglomerated chemicals, plastics, fats, waxes or solid waste.

• PIPELINE DELUMPER® POWERFUL IN-LINE CRUSHER (May 02, 2024)

  Introducing the PIPELINE DELUMPER^® , a powerful in-line crusher that chops, destroys, disperses and suspends tough solids in fully enclosed pipe systems.  This unit eliminates blockages, works the stream to free flow and prevents damage to pumps and other equipment.  It is suitable for wet, dry, pressure or gravity systems.

  The ultra-compact, straight through PIPELINE DELUMPER is designed for easy installation. This fluid tight pressure rated unit has the full throughput capacity of the pipe to which it is connected. Its working principle employs rugged impeller teeth passing through a heavy bar grating to reduce the size of the product. These teeth completely clear the slots of the bar grating and at the same time clean the entire pipe cross section area.  A choice of packing seals or mechanical seals is provided  in a convenient cartridge housing.   The machine is fabricated in carbon and stainless steel in  3" to 24" pipe sizes.
