Michael Oraschewsky is the co-founder and CEO of TBJ Gourmet, a CPG food brand focused on unique sustainable items, launched in 2013. He has been a passionate food entrepreneur since opening his first restaurant in 2004. Michael has developed multiple products include TBJ Gourmet's trend setting bacon jam. Michael is a co-founding Member as well as Board Member of the Upcycled Food Association.
