Avecita Jones is a Senior Program Manager who has been with the City of Carlsbad since 2015. Ms. Jones manages the Sustainable Materials Management Division and other waste reduction initiatives in addition to several programs and events. Ms. Jones is proud to have contributed with the design and development of the city’s first Sustainable Materials Management Plan in 2019.
