Mitch Kessler, Principal, Kessler Consulting, Inc., Tampa, FL has 39 years in the solid waste industry and has been responsible for over 1,000 projects for more than 350 clients and has specific expertise in organics recovery programs and systems, procurements, contracting, and material processing centers. Mitch has served as Project Director for the Florida Organics Recycling Center for Excellence (FORCE) project for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for the last 20 years and has been instrumental in organics recovery throughout his career.
