Brittany LaValley is the Vice President of Materials Advancement for The Recycling Partnership, a mission-driven organization committed to protecting the planet by fixing recycling and activating a circular economy in the U.S.
Brittany brings to The Recycling Partnership over 15 years of broad-ranging industry experience in sustainability, operations, and finance, combined with a lifelong passion for recycling and caring for the planet. While in a role broadly supporting sustainability programming, her interest was initially piqued when she learned more in-depth about materials recovery facilities (MRFs). This served as a gateway for Brittany to learn about the realities of recycling in the U.S. Her diverse knowledge and desire to contribute to solutions that build a better recycling system led her to pursue a full-time career in the space.
In her role as Vice president of Materials Advancement at The Recycling Partnership, Brittany oversees the strategy for material-specific recycling investments, which is focused on increasing recycling rates for materials with a scalable path to circular solutions.
