Marieke Curley, COO at WIN Waste Innovations in Portsmouth, NH, drives operational excellence and financial performance. With over two decades in waste and recycling, she oversees field operations, focusing on collections, hauling, transfer stations, and recycling. Formerly Senior VP of Operations, Marieke led the maturation of its landfill, transfer station, and collections lines of business while instilling a culture of rigor. Previously, she held executive roles at Republic Services, Inc., managing operations across seven states. Marieke began in finance and holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College. Married to Ken with two children at the University of Massachusetts, she enjoys beach outings, her dogs Dewey and Jessie, and Boston sports.
