Tracee Dundas, founder of New Orleans Fashion Week; has been a fashion pioneer since receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in apparel design and marketing from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. Her entrepreneur spirit kick started shortly after receiving her degree when she opened ABOUTFACES Model & Talent Management and helping to build a fashion industry in the southern region. In 2011, Dundas introduced New Orleans Fashion Week, an annual event that is a platform for designers, models, beauty industry professionals and artisan to showcase their talents. Additionally, Dundas’ experience includes working as a fashion stylist, contributing fashion editor to various publications, on-air fashion contributor on New Orleans FOX8, as well as coordinate fashion shows, productions and events throughout the year. When not working in the fashion industry, she enjoys working out, attending local festivals, testing new recipes and spending time with her partner, pet dog, and family.
