Terri has over 30 years of experience in Solid Waste and Recycling, including capital equipment acquisition and sales; facility construction and operations; and consulting engineering. Much of her career has been dedicated to processing equipment to transform waste into higher value products. Her roles have included market development, solutions development, product and plant design, and process optimization for challenging materials—particularly C&D debris. She also has experience processing municipal, commercial, and industrial waste and complex scrap such as mattresses and windmill blades.
Terri is a long-time member and board member of CDRA, serving on its Executive Committee for (6) years before recently becoming Executive Director/CEO. After many years working nationally as a supplier and consultant to CDRA members, she brings her broad skill set and deep knowledge to build upon CDRA’s rich tradition as THE national forum to promote and defend the environmentally sound recovery and recycling of building materials.
