Profile

Jonathan Murray is a 30-year veteran in the solid waste and recycling industry in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Over that time, he managed landfills, transfer stations, recycling facilities, C&D processing facilities and collection operations. As director of operations for Murphy Road Recycling, Murray oversees the operations of the company’s transfer and recycling facilities. He and his team executed a multiyear, highly complex design and development plan that required multiple stakeholder engagements to bring the All American MRF to life. Murray is active in many industry associations including the Environmental Business Council and the C&D Recyclers Association. He often speaks to stakeholder groups as an industry expert in the solid waste and recycling industry based on his vast experience and success.
