Profile

Dave Vladic is Vice President, Engineering & Environmental Compliance at Republic Services. In this role, he leads the team that provides technical leadership as well as durable and sustainable processes and tools to field teams. His team also ensures compliance and consistent processes throughout the organization.

Dave has been with Republic Services for 20 years and in his current role since 2020. He previously held roles of increasing responsibility in the field and in the engineering department at Republic’s headquarters in Phoenix.

Dave holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He currently serves as a Research Council Member for EREF and as the Past Director of the Landfill Management Technical Division of SWANA.
