Javier Erazo has been in the recycling industry for 19 years. He started his career in the recycling industry with Groot Recycling and Waste in Elk Grove Village, IL. He has been privileged to learn from some of the best in the industry during his time with Groot and Waste Connections. Javier has managed all facets of the recycling process in various local roles, with emphasis on employee safety, MRF operations management and process optimization, public partnerships and material marketing. He currently serves as District Manager, for Waste Connections at its Midway Division.
