Bob Shallenberger is the Vice President of Business Development at Interco Trading, a nonferrous, electronics, and battery recycling and metals trading company with headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. He managed the development and construction of Critical Mineral Recovery™, the largest lithium-ion battery recycling plant in N. America, which is 100% dedicated to servicing Interco.

Bob brings a diverse skillset to Interco including an extensive background in construction and logistics as well as marketing and software development. Bob also leads the company’s efforts to recycle solar panels, utility meters, and large-scale energy storage systems. He is the husband of an attorney and father to a professional poker player, college baseball player, and the coolest pug on the planet.
