Eva Goulbourne is an internationally recognized food systems expert, CEO and founder of Littlefoot Ventures, and a skilled speaker and moderator for a variety of food and agri-tech events.
Littlefoot Ventures is a food waste and sustainability consultancy dedicated to empowering businesses, nonprofits, and foundations to fortify our food system. Littlefoot represents a culmination of knowledge and experiences from Eva’s 15 years as a food systems practitioner driving change on global agriculture and food issues within the foodservice, restaurant, and retail industries.
Eva also serves as Board President for the Upcycled Food Foundation. In this position, Eva uses her expertise to spearhead initiatives to promote sustainable food practices by championing the transformation of food waste into innovative and nutritious products. With her leadership, she fosters collaborations, drives awareness, and advances the mission of reducing food waste and creating a more sustainable food system.
At the World Economic Forum, Eva designed dozens of events for high-level leaders including for the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meetings in Switzerland, Nigeria, Ethiopia, South Africa, and Mexico as well as convenings in partnership with the G8 and White House (under the Obama Administration), and the African Union/NEPAD.
