Profile

Erin is responsible for leading, building, and executing against strategy for one of the largest customer segments within Casella, by working with key internal and external stakeholders to lead sustainable, profitable revenue growth. Casella Waste Systems, headquartered in Rutland, Vermont, is the Northeast’s largest recycler and most experienced fully integrated resource management company. In addition to her leadership in municipal strategy, Erin has been a key resource in the creation of foundational account management and state-of-the-art, customer-focused systems that are being replicated across other customer segments and the company. Erin joined Casella in 2015, following in her family’s industry footprint dating back generations, and received Waste360’s 40 Under 40 award in 2023.
