Profile

Jim has been with San Francisco-based Recology since 1990, where he has held a variety of operational and maintenance leadership positions for three Northern California Recology Companies before being promoted to his current position in 2022. While serving as the Maintenance Manager at two of the Recology Companies, his operational experience has allowed a collaborative relationship with Operations, Safety and Customer Service Departments.
In his current role, Jim is responsible for ensuring the company’s Maintenance Facilities support a safe and reliable fleet of vehicles and off-road equipment for its collection, hauling and processing operations. He is responsible for specifying and procuring vehicles and equipment to meet the needs of the communities Recology serves.
