As the Founder and President of BESTAgency, Nevada's premier model and talent agency, entertainment, and event production company, Carrie has grown the company to 200 employees, representing over 1000 models and talent. Her company has created award-winning events, produces and manages entertainment programs for hotels, cruise ships, shopping malls, nightlife venues and more, and has expanded the agency's presence to offices in Macau, Honolulu, and Miami.
Her commitment to giving back to the community is evident through her active involvement in philanthropic endeavors. Carrie serves on non-profit boards and played an instrumental role as a founding member of the new Discovery Children's Museum, where she now holds a position on the Chairman's Advisory Council. Additionally, she
has left a lasting impact as a founding member and former President of Nevada
Women's Philanthropy.
