Jason is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and has spent his entire career in manufacturing, having worked in the automotive, machinery, and consumer products industries. Jason is passionate about delivering outstanding products, providing exceptional customer experiences, and the continuous growth of people, processes, capabilities, and revenues. He has 13 years experience in the field of Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement, 10 years experience in Sales Leadership, and has served the last 3 years as President / CEO.
