Profile

Allia is a waste and recycling business leader with a background in sustainability, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. She innovates to drive positive change and value realization and has a successful track record of leading high-performing teams to deliver results. Allia serves as a Vice President at WIN Waste Innovations, where she focuses on driving the company's strategy and sustainability efforts. Allia is actively involved in the advocacy and advancement of the waste and recycling industry and serves as a board member and treasurer for the Waste-to-Energy Association (WTEA) and as a council member for the Environmental Research and Education Foundation. Allia is a 2023 Waste360 40 Under 40 Award recipient.
