Linnea Skierski is the Director of Policy Implementation and California State Lead at The Recycling Partnership, a mission-driven organization committed to protecting the planet by fixing recycling and activating a circular economy in the U.S.
Throughout her career, Linnea has demonstrated a lifelong passion for fostering sustainability. She brings a broad work history to The Recycling Partnership and notably directed the sales and marketing team at the recycling industry SaaS startup Recyclist. She also has experience in several entrepreneurial ventures, including regenerative agriculture, nonprofit food recovery, community compost collection, building community foodsheds, and running farm-to-school programs.
As one of the California Resource Recovery Association’s board members, Linnea is passionate about empowering local government leaders in implementing zero waste and climate initiatives. She furthers that passion on The Partnership’s Policy team, helping implement crucial circular economy and extended producer responsibility legislation.
