Tim Goncharoff is a well-known environmental leader with a long career in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Tim has created numerous first-of-their-kind laws and programs, many of which have inspired similar legislation elsewhere. Tim is a popular writer and speaker on waste reduction, climate change and the circular economy, and a familiar face at industry events. Tim Currently serves as President of the Board of the National Stewardship Action Council.
