Mike joined BTR in March of 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. In that role, Mike led all finance and accounting functions of BTR. In 2022, Mike was promoted to Chief Operating Officer after having been heavily involved in all executive decisions around technology, process enhancement and partner engagement. Prior to joining BTR, Mike started his career in the Audit & Assurance practice at E&Y and spent 5 years in the senior living industry at Horizon Bay and Brookdale Senior Living in various roles. Mike was a recipient of the Waste 360 “40 under 40” award in 2021.
