At Eagle River, Brian is focused on finance and operations.

Prior to founding Eagle River, Brian co-founded Kodiak Building Partners in 2011 along with Eric and three other professionals. As CFO and SVP of Finance, Brian was responsible for building the finance organization at Kodiak. Brian was also heavily involved in operations and integration of Kodiak's acquisitions. During Brian's tenure, Kodiak grew from a startup to over $500 million in revenue annually and over 1,000 employees.
