Matthew has over twenty-five years of experience in the recycling industry working with a wide range of companies and industry leaders. His passion for protecting the environment and improving the industry can be seen in his daily initiatives, helping develop sustainable companies and communities. Thought Matt's career he has gathered a vast range of industry and business knowledge. He has had the opportunity to learn and fulfill many roles from hands on operation in the facility to sales and customer service. While working in the facility the hands-on knowledge has been invaluable for facility layout and equipment design as well and the knowledge of commodities. In his current role as President and COO, he utilizes his expertise and leadership in MRF operations and transportation to guide his team and executive decisions, driving CRI's growth and innovation. Matthew resides in Breinigsville, PA with his wife Jill and sons Jaxton and Maveric. He enjoys the outdoors; traveling, skiing, trips to the beach and time focusing on personal growth and development.Sessions
