Matt Parker has served as the President and CEO of Capital Waste Services since 2016. He began his waste & recycling industry journey in 2011 with Advanced Disposal Services where he learned the business through a very hands-on approach as a management trainee. In 2016, Matt left his role of Regional Operations Manager to join the small upstart business now known as Capital Waste Services, the thriving Southeastern US business expanding through strategic acquisitions and delivering unparalleled waste management solutions to its growing customer base. Matt and his wife Allie have three girls, Stella, Isla, and Rory.
