Alek is Chief Financial Officer of Frontier Waste Solutions, a 750-employee integrated solid waste firm based in Dallas and, working closely with multiple private equity ownership groups, has overseen its capitalization and financial management to underpin a nearly quadrupling in the firm's size since he joined in 2020. He has driven multiple syndicated credit facility expansions, a successful private equity recapitalization, and a number of the firm's 22 acquisitions to-date. Prior to joining Frontier, he led regional strategic development and financial planning for GFL Environmental and served prior to that as Chief Financial Officer of Alpine Waste & Recycling.
