Liza Casella currently serves in the role of Vice President of Sales & Organic Growth where she is responsible for driving Casella’s sales and organic growth development strategy and organization. Liza brings new and youthful perspective and next-generation culture to the solid waste and resource management industry and is a champion of change and leading complex projects that achieve business objectives. Liza currently serves on various boards and chapters for the National Waste & Recycling Association including the Massachusetts Chapter Steering Committee, Women’s Council, past Chair of the Future Industry Leaders Association and the Services Board of Governors. She also serves on the board of Goodwill Industries of Northern New England and University of Massachusetts Lowell Rist Institute for Sustainability & Energy. Liza is a recipient of the Waste360 40 Under 40 award. Liza holds a BA in Psychology from Wake Forest University.Sessions
