In founding Apex Waste Solutions with his partners, Scott saw a unique opportunity in the market to provide a higher level of customer service through tailored solutions and flexible offerings to residential and commercial customers throughout Denver. Scott L is responsible for strategic growth and acquisitions as Apex seeks to expand its footprint in Colorado.

Before joining Apex Waste Solutions, Scott was VP of Sales and M&A for Waste Corp of America (WCA) and Rehrig Pacific Co. working with some of the largest Municipalities in North America.
