Dave Lefebvre is a policy and producer engagement advisor with Circular Action Alliance (CAA), and the principal of Lefebvre Consulting Inc., a business, sustainability, and communications strategy firm.
CAA is a nonprofit Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) approved to implement Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws for paper and packaging in California and Colorado, and the only paper and packaging PRO to submit a program plan in Oregon. It is also the nonprofit PRO on the State Producer Responsibility Advisory Council in Maryland.
Lefebvre Consulting Inc. marries evidence, emotion, and engagement to create sound, targeted solutions that build trust, generate results, and accelerate meaningful change. The company has worked with PROs and governments on EPR issues, and Dave was the director of public affairs for a national organization that designed, executed, and supported PROs in Canada, and its associated programs, including North America’s first PRO for packaging and paper products, Recycle BC.
